Service and Manintenace
All new stairlifts have a twelve month warranty covering call-out, parts and labour.
Reconditioned lifts have a standard six month warranty, which can be extended to twelve months for products over £1000.
This does not include servicing which is highly recommended after 12 months.
Get Extra Cover with the Norfolk Stairlifts Parachute Plans
For complete peace of mind, Norfolk Stairlifts provides two types of Prepaid extended service or warranty options under its Parachute Extended Service & Warranty Plan.
These plans cover you after your warranty period expires.
The Parachute Premium Plan
This plan includes your annual servicing and extended warranty to cover all call outs, labour and parts.
It also includes our priority attention service.
The Parachute Standard Plan
This is a prepaid discounted annual service plan and is our minimum recommendation for stailift maintenance.
Both plans offer sensible cover at low prices. However neither is mandatory, they are simply there to provide you with peace of mind.
